In order to cancel your registration, you must fill
out the online cancellation request form below. Cancellation requests will not
be accepted in any other form.
Cancellation requests prior to September 24, 2010
Cancellation requests received prior to September 24, 2010, will
qualify for a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee per person. Refunds
will be applied to your original method of payment. If you paid by check, ISPA
will issue the refund to the individual or company from whom the check
originated.
Cancellation requests after September 24, 2010
Cancellation requests received after September 24, 2010, will not
qualify for a refund. Please note that when you registered for the ISPA
Conference & Expo, you agreed to the
Terms & Conditions which included the Cancellation/Refund Policy
noted below. All requests for cancellations after September 24, 2010, will be
reviewed by December 13, 2010, at which time we will determine if a refund is
applicable.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Cancellation requests must be completed online by September 24,
2010, to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made after September 24, 2010,
will not receive a refund. A $25 administration fee will be applied to all
refunds issued. No-shows will not qualify for a refund of fees.
